Employee Training and Career Management

 

  • We have a number of competency-based training and development programs  for each department and position as part of our Career Management System in order to support strengths and improve weaknesses of our employees.
  • As Genveon Human Resources, internal promotion and appointment is our priority. As part of our Career Management System, “Evaluation Center Program” is put into practice for eligible candidates who meet the pre-requisites of the relevant open positions. At the end of the process, eligible candidates will be appointed based on the evaluations conducted. 
  • We have “You Are The Future Leadership Development Program” in place for competent field personnel. We carry out a systematic career development process intended for our employees included in this program to support their leadership journey.
  • Human Resources also support department-based technical trainings when necessary.
